Scientific Advisory Board

The scientific advisory board consists of scientists from across the world. They have been active for several years in the field of CAA and/or HCHWA-d. The scientists set up research targets and decide which studies are funded with the donations the Dutch CAA Foundation receives.

Scientific Advisory Board

De Dutch CAA Foundation wordt bijgestaan door een adviserend college: de Wetenschappelijke Adviesraad (de WAR) of in de Engelse taal de Scientific Advisory Board (SAB). Deze raad heeft tot taak het bestuur van de stichting op wetenschappelijk terrein van advies te dienen.

De Wetenschappelijke Advies Raad bestaat uit wetenschappers met een ruime ervaring op het gebied van onderzoek naar CAA en/of D-CAA en staat onder voorzitterschap van prof. dr. Mark A. van Buchem, hoofd van de afdeling neurologie van het Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC).
